Question Looking for background information on My Thoroughbred Mare? any help is appreciated

I have been looking around now for some of my horses brothers and sisters, half and whole. I cant seem to find anything!I've also been trying to find where she is from, information on her Sire and Dam,pretty much ANYTHING on her past,I've already found her pedigree, and browsed through it,but I haven't found many answers..if anyone knows of anywhere that I could look,or has a way of finding out about her relatives, her past,or anything like that, please help.

for those who have access to finding information, and are willing to help me out,

her name is Afrika's Lady, she's a Bay thoroughbred mare, foaled January 19 2002,and from what I know she was never raced, supposedly she went through the training process for it though (I don't know the whole story, her previous owner confused the heck out of me)
her sire is
Perfect Mandate, her Dam is The Judge is Back.

Afrika was never raced,so I haven't been able to find her through the Jockey club (she doesn't have a tattoo either)
also,I remember the owner telling me something about afrika having a foal and that it was becoming rather successful on the racetrack,I'm unsure of the name,I know it's a mare though, and I believe it's being raced in the area of sanger ca...I'm not positive though,If anyone can find out anything about that as well, that would be awesome.

and I saw on one of the pedigree websites that Afrika was bred by a daniel villalba, but I haven't been able to find info on him,nor have I been able to find a breeding farm that he belongs to.

This is all I could find:

Free 5-Cross Thoroughbred Pedigrees from equineline.com - Thoroughbred Pedigree now with Free Interactive Nicking Lady&dam_name=The Judge Is Back&foaling_year=2002&nicking_stats_indicator=Y

I like Equineline better than the JC. It has a bit more information. I don't know how much more info you can find on an unraced horse, unless you can contact the breeder and former owners directly.

Thank you, that's all I've been able to find as well
I've tried looking up her breeder, but I haven't been able to find anything,I was hoping if he belonged to a breeding farm or something then I could find relatives of hers from the same place, but I can't even find that :(
It's a weird thing with Afrika,I was told she was trained for racing, and jockey club registered, but was never raced due to injuries, however,I thought that horses were only registered through the jockey club if they were raced professionally? It's totally confusing.lol
