Talking Looking for Family friendly, shorter Broke horse, any suggestions on these?

Hi Horse forum folks,

I'm in California looking for a family horse for my daughter (almost 6 years old). I have found some good options (I hope) :) Hopefully dead broke and bomb proof.

My MUST HAVES: **dead broke **Child safe **14-15HH range **sound **nice slow beginner safe lope **under $5k that's my limit

My Nice to haves: **Dark coloring or at least BLACK HOOVES **less thank $5k

Any suggestions on good conformation and ... on paper until I go out...

What looks like a good bodied, well bred horse? #1 link is my top pick AQHA, Fresh cut roan, cowhorse and reining bred.

#2 per friend referral

#3 also per friend referral, this one a Morgan Mare

Triton Morgan Horses

The rest are blind finds from craigslist, which of course make me more nervous but possibly worth a look? Especially the Buckskin mare, she's got a video up

Reining/ Cowhorse Started Buckskin QH - well broke.

#5 (almost at the bottom-- CORONA)

Sale Horses - Mitchell Ranch

reduced* AQHA- 2007 Cowhorse/ Reining/ Cutting

Thank you all for your very welcome advice!!
