Is my horse an Arabian?

I tend to think of Rio as a Heinz 57 horse. I think he's probably got a lot of various breeds in him. "Grade" I think is the term I've seen. However, I keep having people tell me he looks like an Arabian. To me, I don't see it. He is tall and very narrow. Looks completely different in every respect to our known quarter horse. The neighbors breed arabs and to me Rio just doesn't have that face shape I've come to associate with them.

Here's probably the best pic I have of him now that he's been really filling out this summer. Still has a fair bit of weight to gain, but I think this is a fairly accurate representation of his shape.

What do you guys think?

ETA: The wind was blowing his mane and tail around. He doesn't just hold his tail up like that.

I'm not seeing anything that shouts Arab to me, LOL I think grade is a good description, he is his own man.

How old is he? He appears pretty much arab to me. He reminds me of my arab when he was 25.

I don't see any specific Arabian traits, even at 20. That has nothing to do with how refined his face may or may not be. It's his overall structure. I see maybe a little TB, but that's all I can pick out.

I'd say TB, as well... Particularly with his height. He looks like a hard keeper... What a sweet boy <3

I see no arab at all, TB seems like a safe bet though, the height and for some reason the face jump out at me as TB
