Sorry about the shadow, she wouldn't stand still! Lol
Dressage, dressage, dressage! Lots of lateral work (shoulder-in, leg yield, haunches-in) and just trotting into jumps to help build the hind end a little more. We've also been working on cantering 20 meter circles and then "spiraling in" to 10 meter circles, down to trot in the 10 meter circle, pick up the canter again, and then spiral out to the 20 meter circle. Definitely works on those hindquarters!
