Smile Need help finding haflinger or gypsy vanner for sale

Hello all, I have been looking for a haflinger, draft cross, or gypsy vanner for sale. Price ranging tops 5000 but the cheaper the better ;)

Now I know gypsy vanners are pricey, so I would be willing to get a foal which might be cheaper or an untrained mare/geld/stallion.

For a haflinger or draft cross I would want it saddle broke and be calm with no silly antics or behavior problems.

I havnt been on here in forever but thought it might be a good way to get help finding what I'm wanting.

I'm in north ga, if the horse is too far off from me the price would need to be cheaper to cover trail wrong costs.

Height preferably 14.2+ but willing to look a little smaller. Nothing under 14hh.

Thanks for anyone who is willing to help!!
I'm wanting something to just enjoy, trail ride, and take to local shows.

If I was going to buy a Vanner I would get it from N'Co Gypsy Vanners. Some of the best Vanners in the US.

Gypsy Horses, are to be found very moderately priced now and there are hundreds for sale at three or four thousand dollars and sometimes a lot less. Nothing like the prices we saw a few years ago. Many responsible breeders have cut down on the numbers bred and geld all colts before sale. Don't look to the huge farms with enormous advertising budgets. You will probably find the same quality at a lesser price, with the small breeder.

Just know that all Gypsies are not 'vanners'. That was only the name given them by an early importer here. However, whether they are called Vanners, Cobs or Horses, they are all the same breed. This according to registry. None in one registry are considered better than others. Excellent, good and poor quality, can be found in all registries and by all known names. In European countries, they are known as Tinkers.
