She needs to be tested for more then just HERDA. GBED is anouther I would test her for. Spend the $85 and have her tested for all 5 genetic defects that are most prominent in AQHA.

Thanks all for the information. I'm going to go out once again Tuesday and make sure I still like the mare. Have her checked by the vet for breeding soundness and if I still think she's a fit buy her and baby. I will also get them checked for everything.
