Smile Newbie would like to know the breed of her pony :)

Hi,
We recently acquired the sweetest pony and have fallen crazy in love with her. She is 10 hands, 4 years old, very gentle, loves to stay out in the rain and super friendly. Anyhow, we are very new to horses and would like to know if anyone can tell us what breed she might be.
Thank you!

She looks like a Mini to me. A bigger one but she definitely has the typical mini profile ;)
Very adorable!

Yes definitely a mini. I was wondering moreso about her breed- I'm thinking, in my limited experience, probably some Shetland in there?

loks like she's got welsh in her, but she is small. Maybe mini or shetland x welsh

I've been under the impression that Mini's were a breed itself..?
Otherwise, I do think there is some Shetland in her.
You can never be positive just by looking though.(:
She's very adorable, she's almost the same color as the draft x I'm working with.

min are a breed. What makes them diffrent than a ponie besides the size is the tend to look more like a small horse insted of a ponie. Their body paportions are like a horse. They are also strick on the size. I don't think much of it being a shetland just in my opinion cause she is very refine looking. I do agree with the welsh sugestion she looks to have a dish in her face. Is that corect?

live for the moment.
