OP said 12-13hh, but I'm not seeing it, unless the camera angle is super wonky or the person taking the pic is super tall (naturally or standing on something).

The owner had said she is between 12-13 hands, and the first night I saw her were the first pics, it was dark and she would not let me get very close. Of course today I forgot my tape measure, but the top of her withers hit the very top of my hip bone, and I am 5'6", with long legs. When I get home tomorrow I will measure myself and see exactly how many inches she is. I am thinking closer to 11 hands myself, but I am not good at eyeballing hands LOL

She's the right size for a Shetland or Shetland cross. Too small for a pure welsh, though. She *might* be a welsh/Shetland cross.
