Depends on your preference.

I prefer overo, black or bay.

Seen some great dun overos too

Hi! Well, my first post here is about the breed I love. Personally, I don't prefer one color over another as long as the color/pattern is on a well-conformed horse. I think many prefer black and white because it's the ultimate contrast between dark and light.

I've got to admit I have a soft spot for black/white tobianos! Overos are pretty too but I like the smooth lines of the markings on tobianos. And I think black and whites are really flashy.

My favorite would have to be minimal white, bay Tobianos, preferabley with a solid head, 4 stockings & white across their shoulders.

I also like this pattern in black as well as sorrel overos (fell in love ith Hidalgo he he).
