Palominos

I am considering buying a QH cross mare who is a palomino... I was following the pinto vs. paint thread, and was curious how it worked for palominos - are ALL horses that are palomino colored able to be registered as a Palomino, regardless if they're crossbred..?

Yeah, Palomino is a type not a breed, so any horse that is colored a "golden new minted coin" color with a "flaxen mane and tail" can be registered.

Have you hugged your horse today?
