I really like the name pintaloosa! Makes it sound all cool and funky!

If I could have any of them, i'd take the last one in a heartbeat. He just look so.. like he just wants somebody to love him. And his face is so adorable!

I <3 the second pic. I don't know if I have ever seen a pintaloosa before - or maybe just did not notice or care. The horse I want is a paint, but hey maybe I could breed with an appy. ; ) Fat chance, lol.

Never seen a Pintaloosa, but definitely quite interesting. I'd love to have one in my barn.

I think pintaloosa appears more often than we think, this is my pintaloosa mare when 6 months...

And she is here when one year old... Paint colour begins to disappear.

Sorry, THIS was at 6 months...

It's really interesting. I had never seen that kind of color purposely bred in minis.

Very neat, thanks for sharing!

Smile Pintaloosas

They are pretty sweet looking. One of the girls that used to show 4-H in our county has a eight year old Spotted Draft X Halflinger who is BUILT like a TANK and is a Pintaloosa. He is a brat though lol but he was very lovable. He looked like he could move a house!
