Quick Quarter horse question..

I have a qh gelding, and I have always been curious to know what people think of his pedigree and how 'foundation' he is.
Here is his pedigree:

Your horse has a strong Foundation pedigree. With King Fritz, Leo and Joe Reed on his topside. Poco Bueno, Little Joe JR, Peter McCue and Three Bars on the bottom. Your horse has a fabulous pedigree.

Welcome to the forum!

Your horse's pedigree is certainly old foundation and goes back to some pretty nice horses but they were way back in his lineage. There doesn't seem to be anything exceptional within the last several generations. All that really counts is how he works for you in what you plan for him. Looking way back, he has some nice cow horse in him. What are you doing with him?

Thanks guys. I always thought he had a nice bloodline. I know a bit about King P-234 and King Fritz. I was told Chex would be a good reining horse. As of now Chex is just my trail riding horse. I would love to do more with him when he gets more training.
