Reading Thoroughbred tattoo. Please help.

I got a retired Thoroughbred at the start of the year. I need to find out more about her in hopes of indentifying the horse that she came with. The only problem is that she tattoo is faded (as most are when the horse is older) and I'm having a hard time reading it. I'm pretty sure that the last 2 numbers are a 5 and a 2. Can anyone help me read this tattoo. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Anyone? We were told that she's 11 years old. Her teeth seem to back up that info, but I don't really trust the lady I got them from.

C25527? At least it looks like the top corner of a 7.

I definitely think there is a C up front because she was born in 1999 and it looks like one.

If all else fails, check these guys out.

Go to the American Jockey Club's website and have them read the tattoo for free. That's what I did with my fellow, I took a photograph of his tattoo and contacted the AJC and they read it and found his information for me.

Thank you. Did you send the picture to the regular email address or a special one?
