Shire? Though those are rarely if ever I'm not sure, chestnut.

What about a Haflinger? Those are technically drafts even though his mane isn't quite flaxen.

Edit- I just noticed his tail is bobbed. I am truely curious.

My first guess, because he is not really that stocky, is going to be the Irish Draught. Although, I think he's a bit 'rough' looking for one....that is, his mane is a bit frazzled hehehe

The Breton would be my other guess, but they are very stocky like the suffolk.

Are you sure he's a common breed? Most of the commons have been said? The Clyde, Shire, Belgian...

I doubt he's a Dole or Ardennes...

There are chestnut Percherons...but they are very rare. Is he one of these gems?
