I was somewhat dreading measuring her but it is official. My trainer helped me get her to stand square while I we measured her. She officially stands at 16 hh at a year and half

The farrier came and did her feet and he couldn't believe it. He said she must had grown a solid foot since he saw her last Mellow as a cucumber she had her feet done, then took her back outside to see her boyfriend Cobalt. Truly a one of a kind mare.

I might as well invest in a ladder now eh

She is a Clyde cross which explains the different coloring on her legs. It really does look like she was meant to grow feathers there, just doesn't and has white hair instead

Wow -- is she standing downhill in the first pic, or is her butt really that much higher? You don't need a ladder, you'll need a block and tackle and then a fall-arrest course! I bet she'll be a really comfortable ride.

Her back end was actually on the left over of a hay bale. She is bum high of course but that much. I would be worried :)
