Show me your National Show Horses!

I don't know any NSH breeders or owners but would love to find some! Here's a video of my NSH mare. Would love to see pics or videos of yours!

She's a Beauty! One of my favorite horses was a NSH. You cannot compare the feeling of being on one! Her name was Baffa Fantasia. Wish I had picts to post of her, she looked very much like yours!

I have a couple of them, but not reg'd NSH because we don't have any shows around here to make it worth what they charge for the registration. If they ever have an amnesty and reduce their fees a bit, I might consider it. I love the personality of the NSH, it's a great cross!

Here's Gigi, TR Supergirl by HF Mister Chips+ X Leatherwoods Indigo (Calloways Blue Norther)

In addition to being sweet and beautiful, Gigi is a real prankster, loves stealing gloves, fencing tools, you name it.

This is L.A. Peppermint Patti by Atomic Deluxe X KZ Jubilee

Patti is my "go to" girl. She's awesome on trail, a great mom and probably the sweetest horse on the place. She also likes to steal tools and 'help' build things.

Here's her son Hillbilly Harley DCA by RA Hot Every Night

Poor tiny little fella, he's barely a year old in this pic. He's another lover, just like his momma.

The fees are RIDICULOUS , we were lucky enough that she was registered when we bought her. She had a 2011 foal that were just registering half arab because its like $600 for NSH.. brutal!

Omg I love all of the horses posted so far. Love lots of colour aswell!

I have a National Show Horse mare that I just acquired over the summer. She's lovely! I have pictures of her, but I'll have to download them. I'll make sure to respond back to this thread. She isn't registered as a National Show Horse, but I'm hoping to eventually do so. I agree that the price is ridiculous. :/

Luckily, Krista is registered Half-Arabian. (: The horses above are absolutely stunning. My mare seems to have more of the Saddlebred look to her, but without the swan neck. I'm not really good at explaining conformation. >.< Anyway, she is a really pretty mover -- it looks like she floats.

im very excited for pics! They really are a lovely breed. I'd breed more of them but theres a very limited market for them where I am. I will only breed one every 2 years lol

Which reminds me!!

Heres our nsh colt from this year out of the mare in the video and a besson carol son! Can't believe I forgot him!

Thank you. (: Indeed, they are a wonderful breed. I never even really knew much about them before I got Krista.

Your colt is gorgeous! I bet that he is a doll. Someday I would like to bring my NSH mare and someday get in the show ring.

I don't believe that there is a high market for them where I'm at either, but I know that Washington (I'm from Oregon) has a farm that breeds some top quality NSH.

This is my uncle and aunt's mare, Southern Grace. I love this mare so much; she's an absolute dream to work with.
