I would definitely be interested in hearing more about the registry and what information is found. I know a person who imported a Belgian (I believe) warmblood gelding, papered and everything, but all the information was in Dutch and she didn't know anyone who read dutch, so she has no idea what all the information stated. All very interesting. I do know that some registries allow you to register a horse even without sire and/or dam information, but those are generally the colored registries, like pinto, palomino, buckskin ect., but every other registry I've known you have to have a sire and dam to prove that the horse is the breed stated. And couldn't they have possibly done AI with Art Deco?
