It's for sure tobiano, about breed I am not surev - I would say it is a QH, but legs appear a little slight for me - and the horse looks almost like an arabian. Though I don't really know AQHs.
it's hard to tell w/ the way she is standing, can you get a couple other pix? I'm thinking if she's QH then it's a cross because something looks.... not Qh.....
I would say Tovero, because of the smaller more 'jagged' markings she's got along with the four stockinged legs...she almost looks like she's going to grey out, as well. Perhaps a Rose Grey, right now?
By her build, I would guess that she's a Pintabian, not a QH\Paint, cross.
