Pointed star and connected narrow stripe, widening and becoming bordered flesh colored on bridge of nose, ending between nostrils, into both nostrils; flesh colored patch to left on upper lip; flesh colored patch on lower lip. Left fore: pastern and part of ankle white; dark spot on coronet in front. Left hind: quarter stocking. Right hind: quarter stocking. Right fore: white to above ankle; dark spots on coronet. Reported to be microchipped with number 250259600345198. Double horizontal cowlick high in forehead; double diagonal cowlick at eye level, left is higher.

This one is my guess then...the only things that make me think it isnt her are the dark spots....I researched her breeder and asked them to send me any pictures of that horse that they have. I will also see if I can get my hands on a microchip scanner and see if she is chipped.

To see the lip tattoo correctly, have someone help, hold her lip up shine a flash light up into her lip and the tattoo will show better , point the light up towards the lip.
The tat will have a letter and four numbers.

Yeah that was the one I was thinking sounded really close to what I was seeing in the pictures as well. Vet should have a microchip scanner available. If she is then blessings to her breeder for chipping her! (my 2011 & 2012 foals are all 3 chipped).

Note - this mare sold at the Keenland 2004 Sept Yearling Sale. Consigned by Taylor Made Sales Agency (as agent). Hip #00427.
You MAY be able to find a photo that way.
But her Jockey Club notes also have an Export Form filled out and filed for her.
