What breed is this beautiful boy??

This is one of the horses i'm blessed to share space and time with. He's ten years old, close to or at 16 hh. Any ideas what breed he might be? Your guess is probably more accurate than mine lol!

I would guess either a Paint or Spotted Saddle Horse/TWH.

Is he gaited?

Does he usually carry his head high? Or more level with his withers like a QH?

If he doesn't gait I would guess Paint.

Kinda dainty for a paint. Paints I thought were usually bigger boned. Hard to see since I don't feel like turning my screen.

He keeps his head high when he's moving. Not 100% certain, but I don't think he's gaited. Thanks for all of your replies :)

Well, hard to say since I have seen paint quarter horses, thoroughbreds, standardbred, etc... we could make guesses depending on his height, since he is taller, he could come from thoroughbred stock. Whichever he is though, I love the black and whites!

Paints come in many shapes and sizes. Some are slender some are stocky. Pinto is a 'color' breed and can be horses of jsut about any breed. I like his markings they are pretty. What horses are popular in your area / he is most likely one of those breeds.

Holy crap, he looks A LOT like my Camelot rescue horse!!!!!!

She is pretty tall, and she moves her head too...not sure if she's gaited, I'm still a new rider.

ETS, it's something about the back and butt lol

With my girl, most people guess she's a Spotted Saddle Horse.

I would also guess spotted saddle horse for both of them ^
They both look very much like a ssh cross I work with. Beautiful horses!
