I don't think there's any exmoor in there. I think he could be dartmoor though. I also wouldn't be suprised if he was a welsh C cross, but I'm not sure with. I wouldn't think New forest, as I have a Welsh X New forest pony, and they don't seem that similar. Xx
I very much doubt there is any welsh in him at all. I cannot see anything that says welsh to me. I live in prime welsh breeding teritory and I show welshies (all sections and partbreds) at quite a high level so I know welshies inside and out.
He isnt stocky enough for a C (or partbred) nor is he big enough.

The dartmoors are a bit chunkier and a bit prettier then the exmoor most noticably the dartmoor is more refines in the head, they also do not allow Dun in thier colours, nor do they allow any dilute genes. The exmoor on the other hand do allow duns and dilutes, the mealy colouring around the muzzle is also anouther givaway that the pony has exmoor blood.
