What breed do you think this horse? Or what breeds might she have?

Friend bought her years ago and the previous owners whom got her from a horse dealer, said she was a Morab. What do you think? She's 14.2hh

She looks like a Palomino Arab with Quarter horse

Not possible. Arabians don't carry the palomino gene.

Random, her palomino color probably comes from her Morgan parent, as there are palomino and buckskin Morgans.

I definitely see Arab in her as well, so her designation as a Morab is most likely correct.

Looks morab to me. What a beautiful mare! I just love to see that stout, tank-y (yes, I just made up a word) build but with the elegance and refined look coming in to play as well. You don't find it very often.
