I definitely see draft... Hmm. Influence of TB maybe, but at 14.2... Could he be a BLM maybe?

He doesn't have a brand, but he could be domestic...

Looks some Tenn walker. Nicley built horse. Might have some QH or some standard bred, but off hand TWH seems to stand out to me.

To me he looks more Spanish, like a Peruvian Paso or something similar. It's the shape of the head and the shape of the hips along with the length of the back.

I don't suppose he's gaited though, or you probably would have mentioned it.

He kinda looks like he's either got draft or mule in him. He's got a coarse head but his conformation isn't too bad. His cannons are a bit too short and his second thighs too long but he's well proportioned and has a kind eye

really? I see the head and hip as draft. The longer back I would contribute to a lighter breed, like a TB. But that face, his eye, and the hair on the fetlocks I'm seeing draft like crazy. The 14.2 is the hmm part. Domestic bred BLM is possible, or even a QH cross. Gah! This one is tough. I want to say QH draft, TB but that wouldn't explain the height at all

I know, there are so many possibilities! But no, he is not gaited. I have had quite a few people tell me he looks Peruvian Paso! Interesting.

The minimal feathering at the fetlock doesn't necessarily mean draft, my RMH/Morgan has a little, too. The roman nose, though, that looks pretty drafty to me!
