The shape of his head looks Iberian/Spanish. To me, a draft horse has a deeper jowl. Also, the height is about right.

Maybe it's because I am used to looking for old Spanish type. Not the PRE/ANdalusian/modern spanish that seems to be very over exaggerated. I can't look at it and see anything but draft though. Especially the big eye. Even when I cover up the eye and look at parts of the head I still see draft influence

    What is Spanish Type?

The feathering leads me to believe that he has draft in him. Other than that I can't tell very much else.

Even when I cover up the eye and look at parts of the head I still see draft influence. He doesn't have the extreme jowl you're right, but I still see draft, definitely not full or probably not even half draft but it's there. The height is perfect for a Paso type, IDK, I'm not too familiar with Paso breeding programs they may have heads like that, I don't think so I'll do some research I'm really not sure what really in a Paso, I know they claim to have predominant Spanish origins but some things I've seen hint otherwise

The face and legs make me say draft... the rest I would say paso fino

I'm seeing Belgian in the background, likely not close up. Good big hooves, nice bone. Good mountain horse.
