What breed is he?

This is my horse Dallas. I don't know anything about his sire and dam,but he's about 10-12 years old. Once in awhile when he's trotting he'll gait for few steps then he'll go back to trotting, which is really weird, but a lot of times in the round pen he rides with a TN Walker. He doesn't strike me as a gaited horse at all,he looks a bit like a Morgan or a QH to me. Here's his pics

Ignore my derp face in this one :P

Thanks guys!

maybe a fox trotter QH cross? He looks like a horse at my sister's barn and she is a fox trotter.

It's hard to tell from those pictures, but he looks like a Morgan or a Morgan cross of some sort.
