What breed is my pony?

This is Rocket, a 13-14 year old 12hh pony.
He was given to me but I wasn't told his breed. I'd appreciate any opinions on what breed you folks think he is! In the last picture he's the bay on the right.308211_269648143065919_100000622060165_930489_1435198843_a.jpg

Looks like a Shetland, possibly a new forest

He does sometimes have that Shetland attitude! I've never heard of newforest ponies being around these parts. It could be possible though.

Way too big to be a Shetland. Wouldn't surprise me if he's some kind of Welsh/QH mix.

I was thinking a welsh maybe little chincoteague? Thanks for the replies! I fail when it comes to pony breeds, haha.

mm...I doubt he's an exmoor.

I think I agree with bubba on him being some sort of welsh mix. Very possibly QH

Exmoors are super rare here also, if you find one they are so expensive. Thanks for the replies. Everyone's been asking what breed pony he is, and I felt silly when I said I had no idea. Now i'll say Welsh cross (x

I am almost thinking Dartmoor mix... Looks similar to

I wouldn't say he is a pure Dartmoor, probably with QH.
