What breed is this pony?

she is 10hh-12hh (gotta measure her again)
If that helps :) this is the edited version because
My sister said some stuff that wasnt quiet
Correct on the other one hehe :) tons of people
Think she is a TB x welsh, what do you think?

I would say she may be a welsh B she deffinatley doesn't have the bone structure, and is much to small to be a TB..

Welsh section B. Section B ponies are commonly crossed with thoroughbreds, and still look like Welshes.

I reckon a little shetland in her. Also Exmoor or dartmoor rang a bell to me as well.
