What breed is she?

Does anyone know what breed this mare may be? Sorry for the small picture, but its the only one I have of her.

Oh ok. I didn't know Apps were their own breed- I always just thought they were a color pattern. (you learn something new every day)

Looks like an Appy to me. This because of markings and by what I can see of her. There are many breeds who possess Appy type markings but there is also a breed.
