What breed would you say he is?

If you look at these pics of Braidee do you know what breed he is we just figured ether a Welsh or QH/Welsh because he is only 13.2 hh

He actually looks like a belgian cross to me ...

Belgians aren't always huge...many are in the 15-16 hand range. If a belgian were crossed with a pony or a small quarter horse, it could happen

I say that because of his color, his head, and his feet

Hmm I didnt know that but he kinda remindes me of a donkey caz he has kinda long ears.....and that he can really act like one sometimes lol!

How about a halflinger cross? That would explain the belgian look but in a smaller size.

To me this gorgeous guy looks like a haflinger X b/c he's got the lighter mane and kinda has the color and build, but that's just me, he's really cute =]

I don't really see the welsh, I see qh though. I say quarter horse x stocky type pony breed.
