Smrobs, thanks for posting pictures of the Sooty, lol! I couldnt find any pictures of the ones i knew.

Im glad i am not the only one who thought of Sooties!

I asked my veterinarian the first time he came out and he was baffled! He said he would probably call it a seal brown. But that was in December when Bandit was fairly dark. I should have him look again this spring and see what he thinks then...He's like a chameleon (sp?) that is always changing colors!

I would say he is a form of buckskin? I was initially leaning more towards bay but I think buckskin might be more appropriate.

It seems like most everyone has narrowed it down to bay or sooty buckskin. I'm really anxious to see what he sheds out like now!!!
