What kind of lineage is this?

I was just wondering what kind of lineage my mare, Dixie, has. I was thinking some foundation, but I'm just plain stupid on lineage on horses. Here is the link: All Breed Pedigree Query

Also, does she have a nice lineage? Or is it okay or even okay-ish?

Foundation bread. Not bad papers.

She's a foundation bred horse, and I wouldn't say her papers scream "royalty", but there are quite a few good names on there. Overall pretty good lineage

Very nice papers on her I would agree that she is a foundation with that Colonel Freckles blood in there. You have one good horse there. My dad use to own a Colonel Freckles horse and he was the best cow horse we ever had.

Thank you. I thought she had some pretty good papers on her. What about on her dam's side? How is that side? Since I own her mother too, I would love to know what kind of breeding she has too.

Your horse's dam side is part of the full scope of Foundation bloodlines she has coursing in her lineage. What with Poco Bueno, Leo and Three Bars those are Foundation Bloodlines. Tonto Bars Gill I think, as I recall, was also an outstanding individual.

Would either one be good to breed? They have bred before (Obviously her mother has..) I was looking to breed Dixie. Her past foal was absolutely [COLOR="Red"]gorgeous[COLOR="red"]

I think you have a mighty fine horse. I love Colonel Freckles, and her mother has Poco Bueno in her. They are both great cutting horses and cow horses. They would both bring something to the equestrian world. I looked at your pictures of Dixie and she looks FANTASTIC! I would love to have her.

Thank you. My horsey... lol. Our pasture is off of a very busy rode and we constantly have people stopping by wanting to buy her. One lady harassed us to buy her... She's a little heavy right now. She's very special to me as she was my first horse and we grew up together. We were born the same day and year. She's very sassy and spoiled rotten. Lol.
