I'm no expert, but looks like a morgan cross? Maybe a quarterhorse x morgan

I was told by the owner, who is not sure that he is QH and Arabian? Do you see Arabian in him?

No IMO I don't see any arabian in him. I would go morgan cross?

Yep, I'm down with Morgan as well. I owned a Morgan/QH cross. Sabre's head was very Morgan and your boy looks very much like him. Perhaps some kind of pony in the mix as well? He is a good looking boy. Enjoy him. :)

To me he looks way more like a gaited breed like walker, pasofino or peruvian paso than morgan, arab or qh. I don't see any Arab or QH at all!

I think he looks like a paso, just on the light side ;)
I think he's a really good looking horse thugh, he just has that cute pony look to him.
