    Yes that is good mix
Its got the best of both breeds
A friend of my dad's had 2 Arabian Quarter Horses
They both were very good horses to keep and to ride
Cause they still had spirit but still manageable

If I got a horse I would look for and Arab Quarter Horse
    And about 15hh

Breed will play a role in how the horse acts, but about 90% of the time, its the individual horse.

Hope you are not reffering to the tri colored horse pictured, that is neither.
As for a Arab/QH cross that would all depend on what you purchased it for,
I'd take a Appaloosa any day, I have bred and showed App's & QH's for 45+ years and both breeds are very good all around horses.
