Your thoughts on my App's conformation?

This is Allie she is 11 years old, to be 12 in April. I have had her and been working with her for 2 months. So she has yet to lose some weight. But I would like to know your opinions on her conformation? Her registered name is ICASPLASHOFIMPRESSIVE. She is duel registered as both pain and appaloosa

OK - you have me absolutely stumped.

You say she is a registered Appy, but according to Allbreed, her sire and dam are both Paints, so registration as an Appy is not possible - plus, there is currently no registered Appy of that name.

Could you explain what I am missing?

Can't give a conformation critique from the provided photos. Please see this thread for help with providing appropriate photos: Taking proper conformation photos

Trying to critique a horse from inappropriate conformation photos is not fair to the horse.

Okay well. Sorry but THAT is not an Appaloosa.

Both sire and dam are Paints. And there is NO horse that is dual registered APHA and ApHC. Its not possible because the Paint horse association does not allow appy characteristics to be registered with them. And the Appaloosa Club does not allow Paint patterns to be registered with them.

Well I have no idea what to say then. Because 2 months ago when I got her, the family that sold her that I know really well and respect told me she was dual registered as a Paint and an Appy.

Then, unfortunately for you OP, you were duped by the people who sold her to you. Alternatively, they were duped by the person who sold her to them. Either way, someone lied. If it were me, I would now be wondering if that was even the name of the horse I was sold, as what is one more lie?

I know that that is her actual name. Because she has APHA registration papers that have her foal picture on it as well as her registered name, number and past ownership information, and pedgiree information

Also, you should probably have her HYPP tested...
