One is White around a Brown and One is All black with no white around.

It's not terribly uncommon for a horse to have different colored eyes. And some horses just show more of the white than others. Although I'm not sure what you're trying to find out.

I think they're saying that the horse has one normal eye (white sclera brown iris) and one very odd eye (black iris
and
sclera)
