Another facial marking question

Inspired by the "stripe or blaze" thread. I've always wondered what to call Luna's face white - I never thought blaze because I share smrobs' idea on that, but now maybe this is the answer.

So, is this a star-strip-snip? What causes the halo effect?

(This is what I call Lunz's deeerrrrrr-face. Not her most intelligent expression, bless her...)

I'd just call that a star-strip-snip. Dunno about the rest though sorry
