    Bay or Roan?

Hey so I'm curious. Would you consider this guy a bay or a roan?

I'm a little foggy on how much a horse needs to be considered what.

He's solid bay all over except his one hip. That hip is roan. So would that make him a bay roan? Or would he just be considered a bay since the roan pattern isn't all over him?

He's new. I know he's skinny. We're working on it. No judgement :)

Bay. He could have either a scar there or it could be a rabicano gene however roam will never narrow itself down to just one spot like that.

Thanks for letting me know. I've never seen a horse marked like he is so I was curious. :)
