Bay Tobiano??

Can anyone tell me the colour of these horses? I was thinking bay tobiano, but I'm not sure I'm right.

Honestly looks like a black with some sun bleaching, but yes, Tobiano with... splash? The others will know exactly what is causing the markings

First one looks tobiano and frame. Second one looks tobiano, frame and splash. The last looks tobiano and splash, maybe sabino. To be honest, the shots aren't great for telling white patterns. All three do look like faded black though.
