Bend Or spot on Buckskin?

Hello All!
I am hoping Chillaa and any others who are very knowledgeable on colors can chime in and help me on this one. I had asked in the Lp thread, but I think it might have gotten lost in the mix. :)
My mare Sonata is half quarter horse, half appaloosa. Her mom was a cremello (I am 99% sure cremello, might be perlino, I can look it up if needed). Her dad was a leopard appy.

She herself is a buttermilk buckskin with one white sock.
The oddity that I have a question about is a spot on her neck. With my not knowing much, I had assumed it was an oddly colored errant Appy spot, lol. It's about an inch or 2 by an inch or 2. It is black in color- the same black as her mane and tail.
--> Side note: For those that possibly recognize this combo/my horse, she used to be owned by my old trainer, CecilliaB, whom I bought her from last year. :)

So my question: what is this spot?!
Chilaa suggested possibly a Bend Or spot.
I will attach a couple of photos to look at. :)
Thanks all!!
