Is Bourbon a brown or smokey black?

Her sire is a bay roan, her dam is a smokey black was tested for the dilute gene and was positive as a carrier. Now Bourbon looks almost identical to her dam. I was also wondering if they are born roaned or is this something that progresses her sire comes from Nitro Dual Doc who is by Peptoboonsmal so roans are in her. Here are a few pics of her in the sun and in the shade.
