Frame in sabino warmbloods?

So, I know frame is separate from sabino... But, say you've got a sabino warmblood (Hanoverian)... Is there a possibility that he could also be carrying frame? As far as I understand, and from what I've read on frame and Hano colours in general it sounds unlikely, but I'm uncertain

There are lots of breeds that do not have frame. I don't believe that Hanos have frame at all. Frame is a "new world" colour, meaning that it is found mostly in North and South American breeds.

Couldn't one have been crossed with a horse that carries it at some point introducing it into the lines?
