Help reading freezemark

here are pics I know she is a mustang but her color makes it hard to read I wont say what I think tell I see what you all think... also how do I get her registration info from the blm there site I could not find a horse look up ??? here are the pics this is shaved down with a super short blade

Not for sure, but I get born in 91, # 9?9299... Mayby 909299 and not sure about the first 9 either :)

IM most interested in year but no way she was born in 91 well I don't think so I was told by bet she is 8 or 9 but I sure can't see a 0 on top

I can't make heads or tales of that brand. I know that the BLM does not use numbers the first two bars indicate the USA and the one right after indicates year. which it loos like for this horse would be 01 maybe, 02. That is going off the information provided on this site How To Read A Brand.
If he is a mustang that you should have a title on him. That title would be able to tell you where he was caught. Which is the really interesting part.

I did not get any paperwork. I rescued her from a local rescue who got her taken away from her previous owners so I have no info to go by except this really really bad brand thanks guys for trying
