How do you breed a Roan?

Are their Roan stallion's around that are 100% for producing roan foal or is it more pot luck?

There can be homozygous roan. It used to be thought that roan was lethal when doubled up, and that the fetus would abort, but that has been disproved since the gene causing it was isolated. Roan is dominant, so it can't 'hide' for a few generations or anything like that.
