Just chestnut or..?

Hi guys,

I have an 18 year old Belgian Warmblood.
I think he's a chestnut but he has a light patch in his left flank, not on his right or else where on his body.He always,in winter and in summerhair.
He does have a few silver hairs in his tail and manes but that could be of his age,I think.
He has ben d'or spots on his hindquarters but he also has white hairs on his ass.
I'm just curious about his flank,is it sunbleaching?( we have crappy weather in belgium, haha, and he doesnt have any other sunbleached areas so I doubt that)
He isn't getting white hairs on his head or elswhere, just in his butt.

The lighter area on his left flank,it ends under his belly in a weird curl.(and he's so ugly on this pic :P )

No white hairs on his head except for his face markings.

He's just chestnut. Little random white hairs are very commonly found on red horses. Completely normal.

^^ agreed I think the light patch is just a natural discoloration. Genes and so on
