Looking for Info on a Stallion

I just bought a lovely little mare, Bright As A Star, she's chestnut overo and absolutely made me drool and forget why I was at the sale. I was looking for a Bay with not a lot of white. BUT.........I'm a sucker for chestnut and the more chrome the better.....sigh!!!!!!!! What can I do? LOL!

Here's the catch, she's in foal for a Feb baby. The sire is Obvious Fancy Gun and he is also a lovely chestnut overo and I can't find squat on him for genetics. I'm specifically looking for OLWS & HYPP status.

The mare is a carrier, though her owner claimed not to know it. "But she has had a lethal white foal, not with this stallion. It was the other stallion's fault." AAAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGH! So I know she's a carrier, whether the previous owner 'knows' or not. She also claimed not to know any HYPP info on the stallion or the mare, so I'll be testing the mare and finding out. She's not intensely Impressive bred so I'm hopeful there.

Can anyone give me a hand here? I know the sire has at least a couple of N/N babies on HYPP because I found them and their status was disclosed. But I'm not finding ANYTHING on him.

I cannot believe anyone would just shoot craps like this but I guess some of these old time breeders just have done it so long they don't think there's any other way.

Found one itty bitty pic of him -

Scroll down to lot #63. Oklahoma Paint Horse Club - Land Rush Catalog 2010

It looks to me like you have a 25% chance of an OLWS foal this spring...

Even from this tiny photo of him, I'd bet the farm that he's frame

Couldn't find anything useful about his HYPP status, though.

Interesting... the photo from that PDF doesn't match the one from the Oklahoma Paint Horse Club that Nd and I linked to...

I can see a white leg in the small pics... wonder if one or the other is "flipped" if that makes any sense.

I found that pic and the Landrush ads, but I'm not seeing where they disclose his status? He looks frame to me too, and I wouldn't have done this breeding without test results to back up my decision.

I didn't want to bother his owner but since I can't find any disclosures anywhere, I will bug her to see what I'm looking at. HE is also Impressive bred all over the place and I want to know HYPP too, praying he's not N/H but since he's a halter horse and heavily Impressive, I'm not holding my breath on that one either.
