Markings for regsistration

I'm making "registration papers" for my Duncan, and I've reached the part that says Markings. He has a star on his forehead, but he's a paint so I don't know what else I need to list.

Just the star. He will be registered as a "solid" paint with no true paint markings. So long as he has the bloodlines, he should be registerable with the APHA association.

Ha ha, he doesn't. He's just a grade pony. It's more of a thing for me, I'm just making some up to put in my folder with my horse stuff (registration, coggins papers, things like that).

Where are you registering him at?

Lilruffian - He looks like he is a tobiano if it is the same horse that is in her profile.

If you are just doing it for yourself it doesn't really matter but you could put it something like this.

Colour: Black tobiano
Markings: Star; Stocking Left hind; Sock Right hind; Stocking right front (if it isn't connected to the markings on his body)

You could also put images/diagrams of one or both sides of the horse on the papers, like many of the registries which have patterned/colored horses do--
