It's really hard to tell, as the light is really bright off her coat. However, I think she is tobiano, frame and splash.
Tobiano is generally easy to see - high leg white, and in this case, meeting to body white that goes over the spine.
Frame is causing the white to travel horizontally along her body, and also up her neck. It could also be causing the leg white to be restricted from joining fully to the body white.
Sabino can be seen in the fairly symmetrical face white, and the white on her lower lip and jaw.
