Reading a Freeze brand?

I don't know if I have the right place in the forum to post this, but I was wondering how I would go about reading 3 different freeze brands on a red roan gelding that we just rescued, one is almost like a clover, another indecipherable at this time and one is a circle with a dot in the middle on his left jaw. We are trying to trace some of this guys history. Also the horses here in Maine are just getting their winter fuzzies so it makes it harder to read.

Do you have pictures? It might be easier.
Alot of people make their own brands, but they're still supposed to be registered. You would have to get a brand inspector to really tell.

I wouldn't even know where to get a brand inspector in Maine, and with winter fuzzies going on, I might as well wait until summer now. I do have pictures of one of them the other two you can't really see.
