Silver Dapple Splashed White? or not

This is My 4 year old gelding comanche.
do you think he is a silver dapple splashed white or what?
Also what breed do you think I was told paint/walker cross who knows I bought him off a horse trader & he had been starved.
he has one blue & one brown eye.In the winter he lightens a reddish shade & darkens in the summer. He looks almost black in pics but he's not.

(pictures are all old & I just got a new camera & havent had the chance to take new pics in a long time)

I want to say silver black with splash, yes. Just for future reference, the first pic isn't a great one for guessing colour. The yellow light at dawn and dusk really messes with the colour.

I'm hoping that he is put on a ton of weight since that second photo.

Oh yeah he deffiently has the second picture is actually older than the first one. I honestly don't see how he was still alive when I got him that's how bad he was.Lets put it this way he looks healthy in those pics compared to what he looked like when I got him.
