    A young horse will get fractious on the lunge. Often older ones do to depending on the training. I had a shetland, a dark chocolate with a thin white line that encircled her lower leg. Everyone tried to tell me it was from a wire or rope burn. Firstly that had never happened and to feel the skin and tendons everything was normal. I think your little gal just has a unique placement of spots.
